Delegates Criss and Householder moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2026 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §8-22A-33a, relating to additional opportunity for municipal police officers or firefighters to transfer into the Municipal Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement System; providing conditions upon which municipal police officers or firefighters may transfer into Municipal Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement System; providing for transfer of assets pertaining to municipal police officers or firefighters; requiring certain computations to be made by the Consolidated Public Retirement Board; requiring certain payments; and terminating liability of the Public Employees Retirement System.”
